1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RippleRoot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

RippleRoot is available to users in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

4. Good Deed Submissions

Users submit proof of good deeds (photos, receipts, certificates) for verification by our admin team. All submissions must be genuine and accurate. Submitting fraudulent or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any earned tokens.

RippleRoot reserves the right to approve or reject any submission at its discretion. Verification decisions are final.

5. Token Rewards

RippleRoot tokens are earned through verified good deeds and are distributed via the VeChain blockchain. Token rewards are subject to availability and may vary based on the type and scale of the good deed. RippleRoot does not guarantee any specific token value or market price.

Tokens are earned, not purchased. There is no token sale or ICO. Users must connect a VeChain-compatible wallet to receive token rewards.

6. RootScore™

RootScore™ is RippleRoot's proprietary scoring system. Points are awarded for verified good deeds and determine leaderboard rankings and marketplace discount eligibility. RippleRoot reserves the right to adjust point values and scoring criteria at any time.

7. Marketplace

The RippleRoot marketplace allows approved businesses to list products for sale. Purchases are processed through Stripe. Community point discounts may be applied based on your RootScore™. Businesses are responsible for product quality, shipping, and customer service.

8. Business Accounts

Businesses must be approved by the admin team before listing products or appearing in the business directory. RippleRoot reserves the right to reject or remove any business listing at its discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting fraudulent or misleading good deed proof
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rewards
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harassing other users or community partners

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RippleRoot does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific token values. Crypto tokens carry inherent market risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

RippleRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of tokens, data, or profits.

13. Changes to Terms

RippleRoot may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
